Europe is one of the seven continents of the world and also the second smallest of the world’s continents which is covered by surface area.  Europe which may be considered small to some, is home to over 48 countries.  The weather temperatures and climate in each of the countries varies.  The countries which are part of Europe are Yugoslavia, Norway, Gibraltar, Wales, Netherlands, Germany, Vatican City, Monaco, France, Ulkraine, Moldova, Finland, Turkey, Malta, Estonia, Switzerland, Macedonia, Denmark, Sweden, Luxemburg, Czech Republic, Spain, Lithuania, Cyprus, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Croatia, Slovakia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Scotland, Italy, Bosnia, San marino, Ireland, Belgium, Russia, Iceland, Belarus, Romania, Hungary, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Andorra, Poland, Great Britain and Albania.

Malta is possibly one of the smallest Islands which is part of Europe and is home to over 7000 years of history.  The Maltese people are the most friendly in Europe and all speak fluent English, as this is taught as a second language is schools.  Although there is not much in the way of sandy beaches in Malta itself, there are many hotels and holiday resorts on this compact island.  On Sundays the capitol of Malta is home to a massive market which sells everything and anything.  One of the finest hotels on this island is the newly refurbished Paradise Bay hotel, for a peaceful, relaxing holiday this is definitely the place to be.  Spain and Greece are two other countries which are popular with tourists, and attracts people all year round, in the summer months it tends to be the young singletons who take over certain resorts.  There is a vast amount of holiday accommodation, all with different facilities on offer depending on price.

If the summer weather is not your bag, then Europe also has on offer various ski resorts.  Switzerland is renowned for its ski and many people flock here to enjoy fine ski.  Although Switzerland is small, it is home to lots of mountains, and these mountains are the reason that people choose Switzerland to ski.  Many celebrities also ski in Switzerland, so along with great ski comes first class accommodation.  There are various resorts within Switzerland, all of which have something different on offer for tourists.
